General Information and Camp Registration

Space in Each Camp is Limited!
Sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. So please don’t delay!

Camp Ball
All campers MUST bring a ball to camp.

Physical Form – REQUIRED 
A current physical (within a year of camp date) is REQUIRED by check-in to participate in camp. You can bring your own form.  If you don’t have a current form, you can Download A Template.

Medical/Liability Waiver REQUIRED
We will NOT allow players to participate in any activities if they have not turned in their medical/liability waiver prior to the start of camp.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If you register online you will automatically be asked to sign with an e-signature. There is no need for a Liability form if you register online.
  • If you mail in a registration with a check you will have to download and fill out the Liability Waiver. Download Now!
  • You will still need a Physical form from a doctor no matter how you register.

Medical Attention
A staff of full-time athletic trainers are on duty at all training sessions and in the dorm. Athletic Training Staff will be present at check in to discuss any individual medical needs. Water will be provided at all sessions.

Payments and Refunds
Must be made in full and are non-refundable. Cancellations will be credited to future camps. No refunds will be issued in the event of expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp once camp has begun.

Camp Confirmations
You will receive conformation of your acceptance to camp and check-in information in an email or standard mail if an email address is not available. Keep your cancelled check or credit card statement in addition to the confirmation letter.
