CAMP CONFIRMATIONS

REFUNDS
The initial deposit of $100 (Elite camps), $85 (Youth camp) is applied to your balance and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Documented medical or personal reasons will be considered. No refunds will be issued in the event of expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp once camp has begun.

WAVER AND MEDICAL ATTENTION
A current physical (within a year of camp date) is REQUIRED by check-in to participate in camp. A staff of full-time athletic trainers are on duty at all training sessions and in the dorm. Athletic Training Staff will be present at check in to discuss any individual medical needs. Water will be provided at all sessions. There are water fountains and a Soccer Camp Store (Gatorade, bottled water, snacks, souvenirs, Camp T-shirts, etc.) in the dorm.

The curriculum is physically demanding and we want to ensure that all of the campers are physically able to participate without placing themselves in serious medical danger. In the best interest of a camper’s welfare we will NOT allow players to participate in any activities if they have not turned in their medical and insurance waiver prior to the start of camp. It is OK to send in a copy of your school’s medical form if it is less than 1 year old and has been signed by your physician.
MEDICAL/LIABILITY WAIVER ALSO REQUIRED – DOWNLOAD NOW!

CAMPER EXPECTATIONS
Campers are expected to act with respect for themselves, other campers, the staff, and the campus of Western Carolina University. Campers who cannot behave in a mature manner may be expelled from camp without refund. The staff hopes and expects that all campers will give a daily effort, play hard, and respect themselves and those around them.

ROOMATE PREFERENCE
We will attempt to keep together campers who request a specific roommate.
